Tickets purchased on www.mojekarte.si are subject to processing fee.
Tickets ordered from Monday to Friday by 12:00 will be sent to the address on the same day. All later orders will be carried out the following business day.
Post Office requires business 3 days for the eternal delivery, and 10 days for a delivery to a foreign country. The delivery costs are 2,5 EUR (Slovenia) and 10 EUR (abroad).
Never place another order in the case of any process error during the purchase. By clicking the Payment button, the financial information is sent to the payment processor regardless of what your browser may be doing. When your browser displays some sort of error message, always check the transaction in My account first. If the purchase data is missing, please contact us immediatelly with the further information:
- purchase date/hour;
- event title;
- number of tickets;
- email address used at purchase;
- payment method;
- at which step of the purchase the problem occurred;
- error message given.
The on-line purchase is final. The event organisers don''t permit tickets exchange or money refunds, therefore we recommend you to review your order before the final confirmation of the purchase. In the case the event is cancelled, you can change the voucher at the organiser''s box-office for other event or ask for the money refunds, any time within 30 days.
The handling fees are not refundable.
If an error occurs during the purchase (i.e. the disconnection of the internet link), you always check first the purchase status in ''My Account''. My Account gives you the complete information of your past orders, and it also includes the option of voucher reprint.
If the voucher isn''t enlisted, the process of buying hasn''t been completed, and has to be repeated.
Before action of payment, review carefully your selection data (event, date, hour, seats, number of seats etc.). Policies set forth by event organisers, generally prohibit A&Z from issuing exchanges or refunds after tickets have been purchased.
The venue or the event organisers determine policies relating to the cancellation of an event. In the case of cancellations, the policies generally asure providing refunds for the ticket price. For the refunds, the patrons should contact directly the event organisers.
In the case of a ticket purchased in box office, the customer must return to the place of purchase in order to receive a refund for a cancelled or rescheduled event.
Service fees and all other fees are not refundable.
In the case of postponed events there are generally no refunds. The patrons can find all the information about the new dates etc. on our web page mojekarte.si, whereas they have to contact directy the venue for any detailed information regarding refunds.
General policy of all our event organisers is issuing no refunds, exchanges or replacement tickets for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. In the case of lost numbered seating tickets, please contact us immediately.
